Community Rules

01Respect

Community «Forma» is a place where people gather teams and bring ideas to results. The rules are short because they rest on one thing: treat others the way you want to be treated.

We argue about ideas, not people. No insults, humiliation, harassment or discrimination, on any grounds.

02Help

If you see a question you know the answer to, answer it. If you ask for help, describe the task so that it is easy to help. Thank those who helped.

03Teams

Gather around an idea. Agree explicitly: who does what and by what deadline. If you take it on, do it, or honestly say you can’t keep up.

04Honesty

Write in your own name. Don’t pass off someone else’s work as your own; name the authors. Admit mistakes: it speeds everyone up.

05Criticism on the merits

Criticize the result, not the person, and suggest how to make it better. Take criticism as help.

06Clean space

No spam, intrusive advertising or cheating. Post in the appropriate section. Do not publish other people’s personal data without consent.

07If something is wrong

Report to a moderator via the complaint on the post or to support@iamforma.pro. For violations: a warning, then restriction or deletion of the account; for serious ones, immediately.
