Practice

Practice is a category about how the Forma protocol is applied in everyday work. Its articles rest on ordinary tasks, not on theory. The article “Four losses that look like decisions” shows that some mistakes in working with an agent do not look like mistakes: they resemble reasonable decisions and therefore stay unnoticed for a long time. The category helps name such losses and check their signs in your own work. There are no universal recipes here: each article describes a specific technique, its conditions, and the point where it stops working. The category is meant for those who already apply the protocol and want to do it more carefully, without extra theory and without promises of a quick result. It is useful to read it together with the breakdowns from the “Case Studies” category.
