Engines
An engine is the environment in which the Forma protocol runs. This category is about how one law lives on different engines. Its first article, “One law, three engines”, sets the main idea: the rules stay the same, while the way they are carried out differs from one environment to another. Here we collect material on moving the protocol between engines and on what is preserved in the move and what needs attention. The category is useful for anyone choosing an environment to work with an agent, or switching to another one, who wants to understand in advance the limits of what stays unchanged. The texts are short and to the point: no promises, grounded in what can be seen in the work. The category is meant for calm reading and for comparison: its articles can be read one at a time, without going back to the previous ones.

One law, three engines
The law is one for every engine; whatever sets one engine apart from another lives in its own file.
