Competence segments

Competence segments is the section on the store of experience: the roles are this experience. Roles are composed from the history of “what was done”, then passed into future project templates and cut the cost of Kit. Forming roles is Kit's main task, and it counts as reaching a goal. Statistics and knowledge graphs help gather experience, and the effectiveness of experience is examined in the Project analytics section. Do not confuse it with a goal segment: that is the unit of slicing a goal into work, and the two share only a word.
