Competence segments: roles as experience

Competence segments are the store of experience: the roles are this experience. Roles are composed from the history of “what was done”, passed into future project templates, and this cuts the cost of Kit.

Forming roles is the main task of Kit; knowledge graphs are built as cheaply as possible, while the dynamics — graphs, change log, glossary — are stored separately from the experience store.
