Discussion of affairs

Discussion of affairs is the section on all communication in the project: incoming tasks, discussions, reviews, interviews, clarifications and problem solving. Incoming material is boiled down to key points, which become production tasks. Goals are formed here too: first a review of what we expect and which goals are needed, then a record in the Goal achievement section. The section helps tell a human's assignment from a production task and see where an incoming item goes next. Communication cannot be foreseen in advance, so the section describes an order, not separate cases.
