Discussion of affairs: incoming tasks and interviews

Discussion of affairs is all communication in the project: incoming tasks, discussions, reviews, interviews and problem solving. Incoming tasks are those the human gives Intent along the way, naming their goal.

Intent decides such a task itself or sends it to the route of its kind; the goal label is kept. Goals are formed from here too: first a review, then a record in Goal achievement.
