Everything in the manifest world obeys a single universal law of development. The motion of the planets, the change of the elements and the cycle of the seasons are manifestations of the fundamental order of being.

The natural order of the five nodes: Summer (Intent), Spring (Spec), Autumn (Kit), Winter (Run) under the dome of the single Climate of Earth (Core)

When we manage projects with AI, traditional management hits a dead end: the agents’ context gets clogged, task boundaries blur, and the result is replaced by the appearance of work. Protocol “Forma” returns the process to its natural course through the coordinated interaction of the five nodes.

1. The order of real work: why the seasons unfold differently

In the earthly calendar the seasons follow one another in a sequence: spring → summer → autumn → winter. But in creation and human thinking the course of realization obeys its own organic rhythm:

INTENT (Intent) is Summer

Essence of the node: The solar zenith of the idea, the maximum energy of intent. It determines what exactly is to be born, and holds the bar of beauty without drifting into abstraction.

SPEC (Spec) is Spring

Essence of the node: The awakening of structure from intent. The first shoots of architecture, the division into waves, and the crystallization of firm readiness criteria.

KIT (Kit) is Autumn

Essence of the node: Gathering of resources and preparation of equipment. The node assembles six units for the task: role, skill, tool, access, data and model. The executor goes to work fully equipped.

RUN (Run) is Winter

Essence of the node: Crystalline rigor and frosty purity of action. The agent embodies the task strictly by its criteria in the material, without fantasy or improvisation.

CORE (Core) is the Single Climate of Earth

Essence of the node: An all-encompassing atmosphere of balance for the whole planet. Core evaluates the completed cycle as a whole, records the experience in the Journal, and decides on the next turn.

2. Ecology of agentic management

An AI agent left to itself tries to combine the roles of Intent, Tool and Judge, inevitably losing its bearings. Protocol divides responsibility:

  1. Isolation of roles: The executor (Winter) never accepts its own work — that is the exclusive right of Intent and Core.
  2. Clean context: The agent receives the task without the burden of others’ past mistakes, equipped exactly for the current step.
  3. Scalability: By one natural law, both a developer with a local model and a distributed team of agents work in harmony.

3. Service and community “IamForma”

The laws of nature are open to everyone, but their application is refined by practice. The service and community bring together an arsenal of proven skills (Kit), open analyses of real development cycles, and an environment of joint creation with AI.

When a project is organized as organically as the change of seasons — from the solar Summer of the idea to the crystalline Winter of the code — it is bound to be carried through to the end.
